A Royal LePage broker who works mornings, evenings and weekends for her clients.

Royal LePage Triland Realty has its London office at 240 Waterloo Street, in the London Roundhouse, at the corner of Waterloo and Horton streets in SoHo. Krystal Lee Moore works out of Unit 103.

The desk is the smallest part of the job.

Real estate runs on other people’s schedules. Buyers book showings after work. Sellers have questions at dinner. So she works mornings, evenings, weekdays and weekends, whatever it takes to look after her clients. They are spread across London, Middlesex County, and a handful of towns around it.

Krystal Lee Moore is a broker with Royal LePage Triland Realty, Brokerage, and the leader of the 519 Home Sweet Home Team.

Fifteen Years, Two Languages

She has worked in real estate since 2011. That makes 15 years in the business.

She came to it with a background and education in law, and it earns its keep when a client is reading a contract for the first time. She also holds an MBA in Real Estate Leadership from the University of Fredericton and the Certified International Property Specialist designation. She works in English and French.

Her list of specialties is long and specific. Condominiums. Rural properties. First-time buyers. Relocations. Rentals and investment properties. Military and RCMP transfers. Owners who live somewhere else and need to sell here. Luxury homes.

The awards go back to 2014. Royal LePage has placed her in its Ruby, Director’s Platinum and Top Tier ranks.

Where She Works

Her services cover a large area, and London is only the start. In London, she works Summerside, Pond Mills, Westmount, White Oaks and Byron. Beyond the city, the list runs through St. Thomas, Komoka, Ilderton, Lucan, Dorchester, Guelph, and Kitchener-Waterloo.

For more of the city itself, start at the 519Blog London page.

Once the keys change hands, the move is next. RJ’s Movers has been doing that on Hamilton Road since 1969.

The Fun Part

Her own approach fits in one sentence. Bring the stress down and the fun up.

Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and she does not think it has to feel heavy. Her clients seem to notice. On Google, she holds 4.8 stars across 97 reviews.

The reviews are specific. One client remembered that she used the smell of fresh pie to make a home feel lived in before a showing. A fellow realtor called her thoughtful and easy to communicate with. A referral partner wrote that she is the one he sends his own London clients to.

Nobody writes a review about a pie by accident.

Beyond the Listing

Community work comes up early when she talks about her job. She supports the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, and Royal LePage has recognized her as a top 1% donor to it. She is also a supporter of the Fight to End Homelessness initiative.

The list of causes keeps going. Habitat for Humanity. Big Brothers Big Sisters of London and Area. Youth Opportunities Unlimited. Childcan. The Children’s Health Foundation. The London Health Sciences Foundation.

She also keeps a network of more than 300 businesses in London and Guelph. She leads LeadTribes London, a business networking group, and before that she led RISE.

There is a media side too. She hosts The #RealtorLife Success Show on Spotify, a mix of solo episodes and leadership conversations about real estate, entrepreneurship and running a business in London and the surrounding region. One episode is a conversation with Phil Soper of Royal LePage. Another covers balance, change and relationships as an entrepreneur.

There are YouTube videos too, and a monthly newsletter. Away from the desk, it is golf and tennis.

Back to Waterloo Street

Unit 103 is the address. The job does not stay there.

Her clients keep landing on the same word, though. Responsive.

Mornings, evenings, weekends. Whatever the client needs.
